沿革公司創立於民國74年，主要經營餅乾、糖果、洋芋片等食品業務，服務通路遍及台灣全省，民國76年始引進進口食品，為專業進口食品代理商及經銷商。目前有美、澳、加、泰國進口食品1000餘種品項，以符合市場業精緻食品多樣化的須求，並以有效率的方式與通路將產品介紹給台灣消費者，提供國內消費者最新最好的進品商,使台灣休閒食品能與世界先進同步。

美國小舖為全球飲料及休閒食品市場的鉅子- 百事國際集團 (PepsiCo International) 台灣進口代經銷商，主要為銷售(Lays)、(Doritos)、(SunChips)及(Cheetos)等休閒零嘴，一直以 做為企業職志。公司業績的快速成長，為國內休閒食品銷售的市場領導者。
